Announcement: ELF Back To School 500 Follower Giveaway

I remember just a few months back I was celebrating 100 followers with my first contest. Now I am celebrating 500! How fast and awesome that this blog has grown in such little time. This contest consists of ELF products, there will be ONE winner who will receive:
