@Steph - Sephora has Canadian shipping, I go through that way every time I order. Sephora ships from Toronto, so customs charges do not apply. The FF code is for US orders only however, which is why it makes no sense to me why they wouldn't include us too.
ReplyDeleteI just checked to see if the code really works and Sephora says 'this promotion has not started yet', I read somewhere that it starts towards the end of October.

ReplyDelete@Nancy - Nah you wouldn't get charged customs cause you go through the canadian checkout. When you place online there is a button "proceed to canadian checkout" and go through that way.

Thanks Justine! LOL I thought it said Oct 12 and I rushed to the Sephora site and filled my cart. I've been WAITING for this!! Anyways, I got a message saying, "this promo hasn't started yet.." and I checked back and realized it was Oct. 22! Will me marking this on my calendar..
ReplyDelete@kali - sorry to disappoint you. Even google has me listed as the old date now..grr...people are going to be coming on here telling me I have the wrong date. I was so excited when I heard about it and wasn't paying attention to the date.

I totally agree that it's not right that Canadian don't have access to this deal online. On top of this, even though the CAD $ is almost at par, the CAD prices are still an average 25% higher! Boo! What I did last year though during the F&F was go into a Sephora, told them that I got the F&F notice, but wasn't able to make it into the States to use the discount and asked if they were willing to match it. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised when the SA gave me a F&F coupon to use right then and there!
