They had almost nothing in stock. Oh well.

Thank you for all the comments on my blog!! I figured this would be the easiest way to respond, so this will be super long. lol

L'Oreal Extra Collagen is the BEST mascara I've tried yet, and I've been through a lot ( I kinda stopped writing about it on my blog because I just kept saying the same thing, 'this one is good but not as good as extra collagen!)

Halo Powder is great, but I have nowhere near dry skin so I don't really know if it would work for you. There have been so many mixed reviews on it, i would say go in to shoppers with no powder on early in the morning one day and get them to test it on you and see how it fares!

i did go to Lakhead. The 3-st...Sad to hear you had a bad experience. :-(
The 3-step (plus Redness Line) does wonders for me.
I used their Almost Makeup (Liquid) for years until I found BE, which I think screwed up my skin (the BE). Since then I've had to use something with much more coverage, though my skin is getting back to "normal", after 3 years.
Anyways, I recently picked up the new Redness Solutions Foundation (for the GWP, lol) and am really liking it. It's a liquid, in a bottle and consistency similar to MUFE Mat Velvet+. I find it has really good coverage and is buildable. There weren't many shade choices, but I was matched to the 2nd from the lightest. It didn't surprise me too much, as I'm usually matched to NC15 in MAC, but these companies really need to make lighter foundations! I'm not pale by any means, so I really feel sorry for those that are. :-(MUA Lindsayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10291003797067407878noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4212882724562774095.post-43196598195206526652010-10-30T02:35:41.597-04:002010-10-30T02:35:41.597-04:00My skin both feels dry, and looks dry. I've never had Clinique foundations, and I don't think I'll get them anytime soon.

As for now, proper moisturizing and Pierre Cardin weirdo foundation. The foundation's oilfree (I know what? Suits dry skin?) and it does feel like there's something on my face, but it doesn't seem to highlight the dry parts on my face at all (I always have dry flaky spots), it looks natural and was easy to apply. I've only wore it once for the day, so still to see if my skin likes it or will break out.

And I fully agree about the fact stocks should be fully armed when giving out gifts :)

Thanks for posting! :)Mellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05514051402212731543noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4212882724562774095.post-14486037214885225142010-10-30T02:31:54.559-04:002010-10-30T02:31:54.559-04:00@Val - what's the coverage like on that one? My skin is combination in the spring/summer and dry in the fall/winter. When my skin is going through it's dryness I use a tinted moisturizer (tarte is really really good!) and when I want a bit more coverage I add some MAC studio fix fluid to it.
